How it works
It's simpler than it looks from the crowd around it. Here's exactly what happens from the moment a guest walks up to the moment they walk away wearing their piece.
An event patch bar is a staffed activation — think of it like an open bar, but instead of drinks, guests build a custom garment. Here's the flow from start to finish.
Guests approach the patch wall and choose from embroidered, woven, leather, and chenille patches curated for your event.
They select a cap, tote, denim jacket, or beanie and lay out where they want each patch to sit.
An operator heat-presses each patch at the right temperature and pressure. Guests never touch the heat.
The piece cools on the rack for a moment and is handed back, finished, washable, and ready to wear home.
The whole thing takes a minute or two per guest on the press, but because guests browse and arrange while others are being pressed, the bar keeps a steady flow instead of a stop-and-go line. Our crew handles setup, live operation, and teardown, so your team never touches a machine.
The result is an experience, not a handout. Guests remember choosing their patches and watching the press far more than they'd remember a pre-decorated shirt from a swag table — and the piece they made tends to stay in their rotation for years.
Questions
No. Our trained operators run every press so the heat stays away from guests. Guests browse, arrange their patches, and collect the finished piece — the technical part is entirely on us.
A giveaway hands everyone the same pre-decorated item. A patch bar lets each guest design and build their own piece and watch it get made — which is why they actually keep and wear it.
