An Event Patch Bar is a turnkey activation. You give us the date, the space, and the vibe — we bring the wall, the garments, the machines, and the crew that runs it all.

The patch wall

A styled display of embroidered, woven, leather, and chenille patches. We curate the selection around your event — logos, city marks, monograms, icons, and a few playful surprises. Guests browse it like a menu.

Garment blanks

Richardson 112 and Flexfit caps, canvas tote bags, denim jackets, and beanies are the crowd favorites. We can source them for you, or press onto branded blanks you already have on hand.

Heat-press stations

Professional presses dialed to the right temperature, pressure, and dwell time for each fabric. Operators handle every press so the heat never reaches a guest — they just choose and collect.

Trained operators

Our staff run the wall, guide layouts, keep the line moving, and press each piece. Setup, live operation, and teardown are all covered; you don't staff anything from your side.

Layout & theming

We can match signage, table linens, and patch selection to your brand or wedding palette so the bar looks like it belongs in the room, not like a rented booth.

A clean handoff

Each finished garment is checked, cooled on the rack, and handed back looking sharp. No pileups, no mix-ups — just guests walking away wearing something they made.
