How pricing works
What goes into a patch bar quote.
Every event is different, so we quote rather than post a fixed menu price. Here's exactly what moves the number, so there are no surprises when the estimate lands.
Full-day activation

The factors that move a quote
Event hours & staffing
Staffing runs $250 per hour and includes setup, live operation, and teardown. More hours or a second press station to keep the line short both add crew time.
Guest count & volume
A 60-guest party and a 1,200-guest festival day need very different patch inventory and staffing. Guest count is the biggest driver of how many patches and how much crew we plan for.
Patches & garments
A simple embroidered set costs less than custom event-logo leather patches, and caps price differently than denim jackets. We can source everything or press onto your supplied blanks to control cost.
Travel
Local Southern California events have no travel fee. A $900 travel fee applies for events outside Orange County, Los Angeles, and San Diego, with nationwide programs quoted case by case.

Why isn't there a flat per-guest price?
A patch bar quote depends on hours, guest volume, the patch and garment mix, staffing, and travel. Two events with the same guest count can price differently based on how many garments each guest patches and how long the bar runs, so we quote per event to keep it fair.
What's the smallest event you'll do?
Staffed local patch bars start around $5,000, which suits parties and smaller corporate events. If your event is more intimate, tell us anyway — we'll be straight about whether the format fits your budget.
When does the travel fee apply?
Events in Orange County, Los Angeles, and San Diego have no travel fee. A $900 travel fee applies outside that area, and nationwide events are quoted individually based on logistics.
