Hours & staffing
Staffing runs $250 per hour and covers setup, live operation, and teardown. Longer events or a second press station to keep lines short add crew time.

Cost
There's no flat per-guest sticker price, because a patch bar quote depends on a handful of real factors. Here's what shapes the number and where it usually starts.
Staffed patch bars start around $5,000 for a local Southern California event. From there, the quote is shaped by a few factors:

The biggest driver. A 60-guest party and a 1,200-guest festival need very different patch inventory and staffing levels.
A simple embroidered set is less than custom logo leather patches, and caps price differently than denim jackets. Supplying your own blanks can lower cost.
No travel fee inside Orange County, LA, and San Diego. A $900 travel fee applies outside that area; nationwide events are quoted individually.
We quote per event rather than posting a fixed menu because two events with identical guest counts can price very differently depending on the garment mix and hours. The most accurate way to get a number is to send your date, city, guest count, and target garments — we'll build a line-item quote instead of guessing.
There are no hidden charges: the quote spells out staffing, patches, garments, and travel up front, so you can see exactly what you're paying for before you commit.
